Led by 2021 event winner Ian Stewart, this weekend will equip you with all of the technical skills required for success at the Cape Wrath Ultra.
The Survival is open to runners and walkers based on an orienteering course, with a route of around 20 miles, to be completed within the time limit. There will be a series of checkpoints identified by a grid reference and description to visit in order.
The DR20 is an exciting introduction to the DalesRunner Series, with testing ascents, spectacular ridge-running and fast technical descents.
The Frenzy (11km) is a new route taking in the steep joys of Fremington Edge with a very pretty route back to the finish, following Arkle Beck back into Reeth.

Considered by many to be one of the toughest challenge walks around, The Allendale Challenge is organised by North of Tyne Mountain Rescue Team to raise valuable funds for the team. The 26 mile course is always very popular, selling out every year.

An Res Hellys is a 10 mile multi-terrain run starting and finishing in Helston. The route takes runners through the picturesque National Trust Penrose Estate and is the fifth race in the Cornwall Grand Prix Road Racing Series.

A 101 km trail race joining the cities of Brighton and London. The route uses a combination of major trails like the South Downs Way, Sussex Border Path and London Loop, and a few quiet sections of country lane.

The Fellsman is a high level traverse covering more than 60 miles over very hard rugged moorland. The event climbs over 11,000 feet in its path from Ingleton to Threshfield in the Yorkshire Dales.

The Austwick Amble Fell Race is a 13km loop in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales National Park and takes in the spectacular scenery of Crummockdale. Held in conjunction with the Austwick Streetmarket it can be combined with a great day in the village.
The route is a single 10k road loop with approximately 100m elevation. With a mix of flat and fast roads and rolling Devon lanes, the Uplowman 10k will be an enjoyable challenge for participants.

The Cycle 360 Manx MTB Enduro 2 Day Enduro consists of two 40km loops, spread across 10 unique stages, over two days. Not for the faint-hearted, this event is ideal for an experienced mountain biker looking for a new challenge.

Mountain Bike Orienteering event near the iconic Box Hill and beautiful Surrey Hills. You’ll be given an OS map and have 2 or 3 hours to visit as many checkpoints as possible. Plan and navigate your own route as a solo or pair.
100 miles, 100 kilometres or 40 miles starting from Longridge and heading through the Ribble Valley and into North Yorkshire. All proceeds will benefit local charities, last year we raised just short of £3,000 in aid of Prostate Cancer.

The South Shields 10 Mile Race takes you along the beautiful coastline of South Shields. The race is highly regarded in the North East running calendar and a great benchmark of fitness before the Great North Run in September.
The race is nearly all off road, following the beautiful River Dart. It starts and finishes on Borough Park and uses the Totnes Leisure Centre as its Race HQ, where there are plenty of toilets, showers and changing facilities.

The concept is simple. Run 4.167 miles every hour, on the hour & complete as many laps as you can! Each circuit must be completed in less than 60 minutes with the remaining time within the hour typically used to recover for the next circuit.
From the Start at Old Hall Street Liverpool, to the Finish at Office Lock Leeds, the 130 mile towpath course follows the original Leeds & Liverpool Canal – Britain’s longest man-made waterway.

Run or walk this challenging 26 mile loop which connects 6 of Bury's historic Towers. Mostly on trail paths, you'll pass through country parks, along waterways, as you visit the 6 towers of our Tower Tour series.
The ultramarathon with only one finisher. This involves everyone starting out on a 10km loop of Swinsty and Fewston Reservoirs After 4 laps the elimination laps start and the person last to finish the next lap will be eliminated.

Distance – 6.12 miles / 9.84km Ascent – 1804 feet / 550m This race was started in 1992 and was a championship race in 1993, 2005 and 2011. The event centre is at the Village Hall where there will be catering. Off road parking will be available.

Run from the foot of the highest mountain in the UK to the top, then back again. Open to all amateurs aged 18 or over on 1st January. The event takes place at 1pm from New Town Park, Claggan, Fort William.
100/200/300 mile MTB/Gravel routes covering the full length of the Cotswolds (and back) linking the many fun descents this area offers. With over 25 significant downhill sections, there's a lot of uphill too. Return legs are on entirely different routes!

This popular, well established, challenging, 6 mile moorland race starts below Haytor Rock and follows a hilly, single lap route before returning once again to Haytor Rock with a fast downhill scamper to the finish line.
Dartmoor in a day is a fully supported 50 km or 30km journey right across Dartmoor. It passes through some of the most remote parts of the moor. The Hospiscare challenge will join the main event for the last 30km.

The 9th Edition of the Dartmoor VOLCANO Race. This is a high-level route touching southern Dartmoor's highest point - Ryder's Hill. The route traverses rocky, boggy terrain to reach, and then ascend, the focal point of the Race, the Red Lake Volcano.

12, 18, or 26 miles from the beautiful Wistanstow Village Hall the route makes its way west to Clun, 12 miles, before heading north to Bishop's Castle, 18 miles, and then east on the homeward journey back to Wistanstow.

A Kilometer of Vert in Kernow - the 'KVK' is the first and only Vertical ascent based race in the South West. Two laps of a specifically designed course to reach the magic number of 1000m (a Kilometer!) of ascent in 15 mile total distance.
Enter the KVK Team relay race with a friend and split the full race - in half each! One of you starts, does one full lap of the figure of 8 route then swaps with your Team member for them to do the other figure of eight loop. A total of 7.5 miles each.

Technically demanding 39 & 55 miles ultra across west pennine moors visiting three famous towers - Darwen, Rivington and Peel. This is a difficult ultra in wet moors with 6500ft for 39 miles & just under 9000ft for 55miles!
