Due to the nature of the Event, many costs are incurred well in advance of Event day. Mayflower Events nonetheless recognises that injuries and other issues do occur and we therefore offer the following partial refund policy:

Up to 12 weeks before the event - a 60% refund

Up to 8 weeks before the event - a 40% refund

Up to 4 weeks before the event - a 20% refund

Less than 4 weeks before the event - no refund
