Refund Policy

A 14 day cooling off period will apply. Withdrawal in this period will result in a £5 administration fee.

After 14 days a 50% refund will be offered up until 1st March 2025. After 1st March no refunds are available.

No deferrals or transfers are available

Please note that the following add-on fees are non-refundable.

  • Bus Transfer - Pre Event - SAT AM Glen Nevis Campsite/Fort William Bus Station - Tyndrum
  • Bus Transfer - Post Event - SAT 6pm Fort William (Event Finish) - Tyndrum
