We are a small not for profit event. All proceeds are shared with local communities, we all provide our time for free). We are unable to provide refunds. We are happy for you to swap your entry to someone else or you can defer till the following year (only applicable for one year) but please do not ask us to defer because you want to run another event on the same day.
