You can:

• Cancel your entry with a refund minus a 10% administration charge - available until Friday 28th March 2025.
• Cancel your entry with a refund minus a 50% administration charge - available until Wednesday 28th May 2025.

After that time the option to cancel / refund will no longer be available.

Deferrals or transfers to an alternate event are available up to 30 days before the event. Substitions can be completed until entries close.

Please note that the following add-on fees are non-refundable.

• Camping Options - Number of Tents for Friday
• Camping Options - Number of Campervans/Caravans for Friday
• Camping Options - Number of Tents for Saturday
