Refund Policy:
1. Xcover Refund Protection: We offer refund protection via Xcover for cases of illness, injury, and unforeseen circumstances.
2. Refunds: Entry purchases are non-refundable. However, transfers to another participant are permitted up to 4 weeks before the event start date. Please contact us directly for transfer inquiries.
3. Tracker Refunds: Tracking device purchases are non-refundable.
4. Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial or full refunds under any circumstances.
