Weavers' Way 50km/50mile Ultras

Due to the nature of the event, costs are incurred even before a participant signs up. Boghopper Races Ltd however, understand that things can change and are able to offer the following refund policy:

• Up to 12 weeks before the event – 50% refund
• Up to 8 weeks before the event – 25% refund
• Less than 8 weeks before the event – no refund

Entrants can transfer their entry to another person by logging into their account and following the "Substitution" button.

Deferral is not allowed under any circumstances.

If in any doubt, we advise participants to take out the X-Cover option in case of cancellation (subject to the policy terms and conditions).

Refunds for t-shirts ordered through the entry system cannot be provided if cancelled less than 4 weeks before the event.

Refunds are not available for the transport as this is pre-paid already.
