TVOC Chiltern Challenge

Sometimes life gets in the way and you find that you cannot attend an event.  Maybe you incur an injury, or some other commitment crops up that you need to attend.

If that happens, and  you let us know more than 7 days before the event, we will offer you a refund.  Normally we provide a full refund of the race entry fee.  However we do reserve the right to deduct an amount (not to exceed the greater of £3 and 10% of the entry fee) as a contribution to our administration costs.

We are sorry, but we cannot give refunds for cancellation within 7 days of the event.
