You can:

• Cancel your entry with a refund minus a 10% administration charge - available until Friday 14th November 2025.
• Cancel your entry with a refund minus a 50% administration charge - available until Wednesday 14th January 2026.

After that time the option to cancel / refund will no longer be available.

Deferrals and transfers to an alternate event are available up to 30 days prior to the event. Substitions can be completed until race entries close.
