Cancellation up to 1 June 2025 - Your entry fee will be refunded minus an administration fee of 9%.

Cancellation between 2nd June and 1st July - 68% of your entry will be refunded.

Cancellation between 2nd July and 31st July - 46% of your entry will be refunded.

Cancellation after 31st July - no refund will be given.
