MDOC invite all to their regional event being held at Philips Park, North Manchester. It is offering all courses from Short Brown to White. Starts will be from 10:30 to 12:30. The NW heat of the Yvette Baker will run along side this event using the same start times and courses. However it is important that we know which competitors are entering the YBT. Runners who are on the same course and from the same club must start 4 minutes apart.
All courses will start and finish in Philips Park and pass through parts of the Irwell valley . There are many contour, ponds and vegetation features in the mature Woodlands and meadows with a good network of paths and tracks.
