A sprint distance event, offering the ideal introduction to multi-sport racing and the opportunity to have a go, before maybe stepping up to longer distances, or even into the world of triathlon and beyond.
The 'RunAble Duathlon' consists of a 5km run, 20km bike with a 2.5km run to the finish. Register upon arrival on the day, collect your race pack then set up your transition area.
The route is fully marked and marshalled, all you have to do is race!

Parking: Preferably arrange to car share, hire a mini bus, walk or jump on a train. There is plenty of on street parking in the area, be mindful of wear you park especially if you are on any of the route.
