Belfast Victoria Park Road Relays (Hosting Northern Ireland and Ulster Championship)

Belfast Victoria Park Road Relays is an iconic and unique annual event in the Northern Ireland and Ulster road running race calendar.
Five races are held during the day:
- 11:15 - Mixed Relays (2 Female + 2 Male; Each team shall include at least one Master Female and one Master Male; 1 lap/1,690m per runner; Open event only) ; Running order at the club's/team's discretion; Open event only) - 4 x 1 lap (1690m)
- 12:00 - Master Women (4 Runners/team; Open and NI & Ulster Championship event combined) - 4 x 2 laps (3380m)
- 13:30 - Master Men (4 Runners/team; Open and NI & Ulster Championship event combined) - 4 x 2 laps (3380m)
- 14:30 - Senior Women (4 Runners/team; Open and NI & Ulster Championship event combined) - 4 x 2 laps (3380m)
- 15:30 - Senior Men (4 Runners/team; Open and NI & Ulster Championship event combined) - 4 x 2 laps (3380m)
All races consists of relay teams made of 4 runners. All 4 runners in anyone team must be affiliated with the same club.
Each team must complete 8 laps (4 laps ONLY for race 1) of the park in total over four legs of 2 laps (1 lap/runner ONLY for race 1) per runner. So each runner in any team is to cover 2 laps (1 lap/runner ONLY for race 1) of the park (one lap is 1690m). As one runner completes its 3,380m (1,690m for race 1) distance, the next runner in her/his team is allowed to start her/his 3,380m (1,690m for race 1) leg. And so on until the last runner in the team completes the 8th lap (4th lap for race 1) of the race.
All five races are open to all members and clubs affiliated to either Athletics Northern Ireland, Athletics Ireland, Scottish Athletics or England Athletics or any other recognised athletics federation.
The two senior races will be open AND Northern Ireland and Ulster Road Relays championship COMBINED.
