Start Time: 11:00am
Event HQ will be based out of Flyde Mountaineering Hut, Stair, Newlands Valley. (Grid Ref: NY 236 212). The race will be run under FRA rules, full kit will be required plus a mandatory base layer. The route is partly marked and well marshalled. The race will head from Stair to the Newlands Valley road, then up to Rowling End, passed Sleet Hause and up to the summit of Causey Pike. The return route descends off Causey, hits the miners path that follows Stoneycroft Gill and returns to Stair.
The race is running out of a new venue this year, so we'd ask folk to make the parking etc. as straight forward as possible for us. Please do car share if possible. Parking will be available in a nearby field at the cost of £5 per car (payable in cash on the day).
At the finish the usual refreshments will be provided, tea, coffee, juice, soup and cake (what more could you want??) but PLEASE bring your own cup!!
Maps will be available at race HQ on the day at a cost of £1.

V40, v50, v60, v70 1st only (M & F)
All entrants are asked to respect the local community, be considerate and take all litter home.
