Starting at our base at Llanbedr Hall you will not be disappointed. The 12k will leave the base and head out through the village of Llanbedr. Passing the church you head down on the trails that lead to climb the Henbant. The summit of Crugmawr greets you allowing you some gentle but fast trails before you descend down the beautiful valley Vale of Grwyney. A short lane section to follow before you climb once again back up towards the Table Mountain and final fast but steep decent to the finish. Total ascent is 2220ft.

 Starting at our base at Llanbedr Hall you will not be disappointed. All will leave the base and head out through the village of Llanbedr. Passing the church you head  onto the trails that  climb the Henbant. The summit of Crugmawr greets you. This is where the 12k split - the 10mile and Half marathon continue over the summit allowing you some gentle but fast trails before you descend down the beautiful valley of Partrishow. The Half route then follow the Beacons way for a short section that will lead you towards the forest and Cadwgan. A gentle ascent will take  you through the Mynydd Du Forest with a technical section that never fails to amaze. Greeted by beautiful views of the surrounding Black Mountains you have a fast trail down through the Grwyney Vale Valley. A short lane section to follow before you climb once again back up towards the Table Mountain and final fast but steep decent to the finish. Total ascent is 3935ft. The 10 mile route splits at the bottom of Crugmawr taking a left trail which leads through a stunning section of the hill and forest- meeting the Half route once more to continue the adventure.

Dogs are very welcome to join in the fun ....we encourage you all to dress up and enjoy the festive vibe - makes a great photo!

We would ask you to show some Christmas spirit and all bring a small wrapped gift to the value of £5 - A secret Santa bucket will be available for you to choose a gift once you have returned. Mulled wine and a mince pie will be waiting for you at the finish... if you care to dress up to celebrate the festive season then please go for it. 

An 6 hr cut off time is allocated for the events - approx 9am - 3pm.

• MANDATORY KIT - Waterproof Jacket/trousers, Race vest, base layer, capacity to carry 1 litre of fluid, food, map or gpx file downloaded, telephone, hat & gloves, appropriate footwear (trail shoes) first aid kit, foil blanket, .No participant will be allowed to participate without full kit. Full kit check at registration, spontaneous checks will be carried out on the event.
