This is a multi-terrain race that is not for the faint hearted. With some steep climbs and a challenging terrain that is mixed to include coast path, tarmac, meadow and of course, some steps.
A well-marshalled and signed course ensures you will not get lost. The 10k looped route starts on the road towards Menabilly and finishes at Menabilly House, taking in the numerous views that just demand a selfie.
Held with the grateful cooperation of the Menabilly Estate. Menabilly is a historic estate on the south coast of Cornwall and is said to be the inspiration of the iconic novel “Rebecca” written by Daphne Du Maurier. The race takes you across “Rebecca’s beach”.
A proportion of the race proceeds will support St Austell Foodbank, with foodbank donations also being collected on race day, to support local families.
The race starts at 7pm with registration closing at 6.30pm.
