THE FINAL DETAILS HAVE NOW BEEN ISSUED BY EMAIL TO ALL THAT HAVE ENTERED. THEY ARE ALSO AVAILABLE HERE WE DO HAVE A NUMBER OF MAPS AVAILABLE FOR LATE ENTRIES AND ENTRIES ON THE DAY (UNTIL THEY RUN OUT!) IT IS STILL BEST TO USE THIS ON LINE ENTRY SYSTEM EVEN IF ENTERING ON THE DAY! ON LINE ENTRIES REMAIN OPEN ONLY UNTIL THE MAPS RUN OUT. Can be done solo, in a pair, or as a group of 3 or more. Each participant needs to put in an individual entry EXCEPT Under 16s who go for free with a paying adult. Juniors aged under 16 go for free but must run with a parent or guardian over 21. A waterproof map of the course is provided to ALL participants.

A Summer Tuesday evening Spunch Event in collaboration with MDOC, based in and around the beautiful Alderley Park Estate. 60/90/120min score course options in a countryside estate & woodland setting, using an enlarged & enhanced extract of OS Explorer map.
We return to Alderley Park, once again with the super Churchill Tree Pub as our venue. A lovely area of parkland & forest, rich in wildlife and surrounded by elegant Cheshire Countryside - come and see how the other 1/2 live! ;-)
After your outing, great food and drink is available for you to enjoy inside or outside the pub in this great setting. West facing outside, under cover, dining area too.
Parking, Registration, Loos, Start, Finish & Refreshments all at or near to The Churchill Tree, Alderley Park, Congleton Road, Nether Alderley, Macclesfield, SK10 4ZJ.
Under 20mins from M6 J17/18/19. Under 20mins from M60 J3/4 (A34 Cheadle & Gatley). Under 20 mins from M56 J6 (A538 Wilmslow).
7 mins by cab or 13 mins (flat) by bike from Alderley Edge Railway Station (contact Andy on WhatsApp 07751 932749 if coming by train - we MAY be able to pick you up / drop you off). There are places to lock your bike (at your own risk).
Start anytime between 1730 and 1900. Registration open from 1700 to 1900.
Early start times available for Alderley Park workers! All welcome.
Run, jog or walk - suitable for fell runners, road runners, trail runners, park runners, adventure racers, orienteers, walkers, and newcomers alike. Great for families and friends to do together. Suitable for all ages and all abilities - lots of help available for newcomers. Four legged friends are welcome too, but must be kept under control and on a lead at all times. 2k to 22k, the choice is yours!
50+ SpunchPoints to choose from, route choice galore and all on fantastic tracks and paths, spread over a pretty rural area of about 9 sq km including the beautiful grounds of the Alderley Park Science Campus. Visit as many as you can in the time available, S-punching using the MapRun app on your smartphone, Garmin or AppleWatch.
Food, Drink and MapChat available at the pub after your outing - a great opportunity to meet and chat with friends & rivals, old & new.
