Welcome to the 7 Cities Wales, a multi-day, self supported, bike packing adventure traversing the breathtaking landscapes of Wales and passing through each of the 7 cities of Wales. This route is aimed at mountain bikes or drop bar mountain bikes with 29x2.35 or wider tyres. This route is for experienced bike packers and ultra cyclists. 

Event Details:

• Date: Friday, August 15th to Sunday, August 24th, 2025
• Location: Departure from Tiny Rebel Brewery Bar, Rogerstone
• Start Time: Registration opens at 10:00 am; riders depart by 12:00 pm
• Duration: Ten days, concluding officially at 20:00 pm on Sunday, 24th August, 2025
• Distance: 835 miles of mixed terrain, including roads, cycleways, open moorland, forestry double track, and single track
• Highlights: The route takes participants through the Gower Coastline, Preseli Hills, Snowdonia, Clydian Range and Black Mountains
