Welcome to the 7 Cities Wales - Road Cycling Event, a multi-day, self supported, bike packing adventure traversing the breathtaking landscapes of Wales and passing through each of the 7 cities of Wales. This route is aimed at road bikes. This route is for experienced bike packers and ultra cyclists. 

Event Details:

• Date: Saturday, August 02nd to Saturday, August 08th, 2025
• Location: Departure from Tiny Rebel Brewery Bar, Rogerstone
• Start Time: Registration opens at 10:00 am; riders depart by 12:00 pm
• Duration: Seven days, concluding officially at 20:00 pm on Saturday 8th August, 2025
• Distance: 778 miles of road and cycleways
• Highlights: The route takes participants through the Black Mountains, Cambrian Mountains and Snowdonia.
