Pembrokeshire Coastal Races - Trail and Ultra Running Festival - 13th-15th June 2025 

The Pembrokeshire Coast Path (PCP) is quite simply amazing and every trail and ultra runner should experience it at least once in their lifetime.  As a designated national trail along what is widely regarded as the most breath taking coastline in Britain, the path encompasses rugged cliff tops, sheltered coves, wide-open beaches and winding estuaries. 

There is a fantastic event base with camping, parking and catering onsite and the PCP 2025 trail running festival is a great way to spend the weekend.  The only question is - which race distance will you enter?

There are 4 race distances to choose from and all finish in the small harbour village of Dale near Milford Haven.

• 100 mile ultra-marathon starting in St Dogmaels, Cardigan (160k / +6300m)
• 50 mile ultra-marathon starting at Porthgain (80k / +2850m)
• 32 mile (50k) ultra-marathon starting in St Davids (50k / +1850m)
• 22 mile race starting in Newgale (35k / +1300m)

What your entry includes:

Coach transport from the finish to the start is included for all competitors. 

PCP 100 mile - Race, coach, parking, 2 nights camping (Fri/Sat night) and gps tracker hire

PCP 50 mile - Race, coach, parking, 2 nights camping (Fri/Sat night) and gps tracker hire

PCP 50k - Race, coach, parking, gps tracker hire

PCP 22 mile trail - Race, coach, parking, gps tracker hire

Runners taking part in the PCP 50k and PCP 22 mile trail race can add camping to their entry for £10 per person, per night.

Weekend camping and parking is also available for £10 per night for non-competitors (pay in cash on the day). Under 18s go free, so bring the family!
Parking for spectators / non-competitors is available for £5 per vehicle  (pay on the day).
