Would you like to be guaranteed to win an Ultramarathon? Now is your chance, run your own unique Ultramarathon around the beautiful Swinsty and Fewston Reservoirs and surrounding areas.
Your own course designed for you from from 28.5 Miles to 50 Miles. A unique series of loops from 1.5 miles to 11.5 miles that add up to your distance meaning whilst you may see other runners out and about they will be on a different course to you. A Winners T-Shirt, Winners Medal and Framed Winners Certificate to all finishers!
It is also a really relaxed event with no cut-offs. Often runners will run loops together.
If you wish to go around as a pair you may do so and do a seperate short last loop - select two distances half a mile apart and let us know.

Registration: From 07:00 at the Punk Panther Gazebo which will be located in Swinsty Moor Car Park. ///leopard.spoiler.stung
Trackers: All entrants will be supplied with a tracker. When you collect your tracker at registration it will already switched on and you will be given instructions on where to carry it. During the race the tracker will show on the Ultra Unique 2025 Tracker Screen You can share this link with your friends and family so they can see how you are doing. If you click the podium icon on the tracker screen it will show you each runners ETA at the CPs and their projected finish time based on their current speed. Please note there is a big button on the front of your tracker, if you need emergency help, provided the tracker is in range press it and remain where you are, this ends your race.
Route/Rules: Each runner will complete several loops between 1.5 miles and 11.5 miles to make up your distance. At the end of each loop you will return to the Gazebo in the car park and report in. When you are ready to leave you will check out at the Gazebo. Each loop will be in a different direction so you don't do the same one twice. The course is not taped, so you will have to navigate via a gpx file or paper map. The final version of your bespoke route will be emailed to you with the Final Race Instructions the week before the event.
Taping: We will NOT be marking this event.
Kit list: We will not be doing a kit check at registration, but you will be expected to always carry the following as a minimum for your safety. (You are responsible for your own safety). We will be carrying out random kit checks on the course and if you are found not carrying your full kit, you will be disqualified.

- Suitable Bag for all your kit (not a carrier bag!)
- Waterproof Jacket with taped seams.
- Enough fluids to get you to the next CP.
- Cup to enable you to get drinks at CPs.
- Energy Bar/Nutrition.
- Survival/Bivvy Bag (not just a sheet).
- Whistle.
- Tracker for Ultramarathon (supplied by us) MUST be always worn.
- Hat/buff.
- Gloves.
- Personal First Aid Kit.
- Hard copy of the Map/Route description (Details will be sent with final competitor instructions see below)
- Head Torch (50 Mile course only).
- Mobile phone with race director’s number: Mark (07702 021156) Ryk (07950 008005) stored in it. PLEASE LEAVE YOUR PHONE ON AT ALL TIMES SO THAT WE CAN CONTACT YOU IF NECESSARY.
NB: Dependent on the weather this list may be amended when the final competitor instructions are sent out.
Race Brief: A short race brief will take place at registration just before 8am.
Start: 08:00 At The Punk Panther Gazebo (you may start later by arrangement)
Checkpoints: Swinsty Moor Car Park. We will have a Gazebo positioned there. We will supply hot water and have a microwave. It is up to you to supply anything you need, you may leave things in the Gazebo if you do not have a car in the car park.
Finish: Gazebo at Swinsty Moor Car Park. Every finisher receives a winners medal, winners T-Shirt and framed winners certificate. There is no food provided by us at the finish.
Final Competitor instructions: These will be emailed to all competitors the week before the event and will include a gpx files for your personalised loops (note no two loops willbe the same).
Results: Will be updated on the website during the event.
