This will be a two-race event for all classes; each competitor will run race A, take a break then run race B. Each race will be based on the course length ratio in the SOA event guidelines, roughly 12 to 15 minute winning time for each race.
The results/champions will be based on the combined time from both races.
The order for the second race will be the same as for the first race, ie there will NOT be a chasing start.
The M/W 12 and 14 courses cross a quiet road on the 'A' course. This will be marshalled; and youngsters advised to cross safely.
THE PARK IS OUT OF BOUNDS to ALL COMPETITORS until they have finished BOTH RACES.
