In 2023 Sidmouth Running club organized the Sweetcombe Scramble Marathon to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the South West Coast Path Association. We had 59 medals left over so rather than bin them we have decided to run the race again for 59 runners with all entry fees going to Sidmouth Hospice at Home to celebrate their 40th anniversary.
Sweetcombe Cottage Holidays have very kindly offered to sponsor the race again with prizes for the first male and female to finish and all get a great bespoke medal to celebrate the achievement of finishing.
The race will be run in conjunction with the Exe to Axe race so we can share their aid stations and medical facilities.

Race Numbers and Chip Timers can be collected from registration at Ocean from 8.30am
Race Permit The Association of Running Clubs (ARC) will be issuing a race permit.
The South West Coast Path Association are race partners.
Pre-race transport. This is an optional £10. Transport will be provided from the finish at Seaton to the start at Exmouth. Leaving at 8am from the Seaton Coach Park, EX12 2PB. There is plenty of parking in the Seaton Long Stay car park, EX12 2WD just up the road. Transport is only available on condition that a place is booked in advance on your entry form.
