A local classic taking in all the best terrain of the full Trog, without the full distance. Plenty of varied tough terrain and perhaps a bit of mud!!!!

The race route only partially flagged so navigation skills are required and is licensed by the FRA under UKA rules.
FRA mandatory minimum kit is compulsory including waterproof full body cover (with taped seams & integrated attached hood), a hat (not a buff), gloves, appropriate map, compass, whistle and emergency food.
There is a mandatory kit check prior to race number allocation on the day. Please note, there are regular shoots on these moors so, please, no recces on a Saturday.
Limited parking, so please car share where possible and follow marshals instructions on the day.
