Pennine Fell Runners invites you to the annual

Fell Runners Association Presentation Dinner

Date: Saturday 16th November 2024

Time: 7pm til late

Venue: Torr Vale Mill, Torr Vale Road, New Mills SK22 3HS (free parking & 5 mins walk from New Mills Central station)

Presentations: FRA English Fell Running Championships, Lakeland Classic Awards and British Athletics Fell & Hill Running Championship Awards.

Band: Nothing Like Pressure

Price: £30 per head (individual category winners will receive a complimentary ticket).

Accommodation: There are a few rooms at Torr Vale Mill itself which can be booked here. There is lots of accommodation in New Mills and the surrounding towns & villages.

Campervans: can stay overnight in the car park but please leave by 10am on Sunday morning.

Racing: The ultra-classic Tour of Pendle takes place on Saturday 16th and is not too far away for those wanting a good leg stretch before the dancing. More locally, the short and sweet Padfield Plum Fair Scamper (unfortunately the plum fair is no longer running but the fell race is going strong!) is on Saturday 16th in nearby Glossop. There is also a mini mountain marathon in nearby Edale on Sunday 17th (3 hour score)- a chance to explore our home hills and the beautiful Kinder Scout- details here.
