The full list of those who qualify for Guaranteed Entry is here. To be guaranteed an entry you should enter from 10:00 on Saturday 21 June until 12:00 on Friday 4th July.
Entries for FRA members only will open at 10:00 on Saturday 5th July and close at 12:00 on Friday 11th July or when 80% of the places have been filled.
Entries for all remaining places will open for all at 10:00 on Saturday 12th July and a Waiting List will be used if the event becomes full (500 limit).
Entries close 29 Aug at 17.00 unless full.

There will be small parking charge so please car share. No parking on Cowpe Road.
Refreshments at the hall and we plan to have a coffee van available.
