Don't fancy taking on the full route for our DR30, then the Swinner Swagger is for you!
Take on 'half' of our iconic DR30 route with a 10 mile loop ascending Swinner Gill in all its glory.
Essentially this is the second half of our full route and takes you on a loop through Hartlakes to Keld, over Swinner Gill with a great long descent towards Gunnerside and following the river Swale back to the finish line.
The route consists of grassy paths, shooters track and a couple of short road sections. Trail shoes recommended but on a good day you'd be fine in road shoes.
Highlights include:
- Generous cutoffs
- Fully stocked aid stations (including vegan and gluten free options)
- Finishers hot meal and drinks
- Friendliest marshalls in Yorkshire
- GPX and map available
- Car parking
This year we are offering a finishers neck tube for £3 to help keep the costs of the race down and look after those hard stretched pennies.

Carparking and registration open at 8:30am.
