*SPUNCH* Nantwich Spooky Spunch Special!
Can be done solo, in a pair, or as a team of 3 or more. Each participant needs to put in an individual entry EXCEPT juniors under 18 who can go for free with a paying adult. Juniors up to age 18 can go for free but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over 21. Juniors aged 16 and above can run alone with parental permission. A waterproof map of the course is provided to ALL participants.

60/90 min score course options. Bag drop, Loos, Start, Finish, Food & Drink all at the Vine. Urban Street Spunch in the dark for runners & walkers. Family friendly too.
We kick off our 2024/25 no-mud night-time street Spunch Series in Nantwich with a Halloween Special. As well as being suitable for runners & walkers of all ages and abilities, this one is also suitable for families with kids too, being in the half-term holidays and with a fun Halloween theme! (Kids in fancy dress especially welcome!)
Run, jog or walk - suitable for road runners, trail runners, park runners, fell runners, adventure runners, orienteers, walkers, newcomers, and families alike. 2k to 15k, the choice is yours! Great for families and friends to do together. Suitable for all ages and abilities - lots of help available for newcomers. Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead and under control at all times.
Start at your convenience anytime between 545pm & 7pm. Registration open from 530pm. Wear hi-visibility clothing and bring a torch / head torch!
Navigating with an enhanced and simplified 1:10,000 OO street map, visit as many checkpoints as you can in the time available, S-punching using the MapRun app on your smartphone, Garmin or Apple Watch.
Explore Nantwich's historic town centre streets, alleyways and snickets and/or travel further afield on the riverside trails alongside the River Weaver. We will try to locate at least some SpunchPoints in spooky spots and where there are some other Halloween features!
Great food and drink available in the Vine pub after your run / walk to be enjoyed in their cosy indoor or outdoor areas. To include the excellent "Pie & a Pint" meal deal for £11.95 (Pie, Mash, Gravy & a Pint). The pub is child friendly. Well behaved dogs welcome too!
With around 50-60 Spunchpoints to go for - how many will you bag?
Just 15 mins from M6 J16, Nantwich is conveniently located for Crewe, Sandbach, the Potteries, Winsford, Middlewich, Tarporley, Whitchurch etc. Ample and convenient parking nearby.
Catch the Spunch Train! The Vine is just 5 minutes walk from Nantwich Train Station which is well served by direct trains from Crewe, Manchester, Shrewsbury & Whitchurch.
