The Wingerworth Wobble is back for 2025. Featuring an undulating 4.66 mile course with great countryside views of Wingerworth and the surrounding areas, there’s something for everyone with a mixture of fields, wooded areas, trail and short road sections.
What’s included? The race is under permit from the Association of Running Clubs. The route is marked and marshalled and the finish chute is on a nice runnable hill.
The finishers are rewarded with a medal and there are light refreshments back at the school.
Free car parking is available at The Barley Mow pub and on the adjoining estate roads.
Join us after the race for refreshments and a raffle, with funds being raised for local charities. Prizes will be drawn and finishing times will also be displayed at race headquarters as runners complete the race.
