Calderdale LDWA want to enable walkers to share our beautiful and undulating area with you. 24 mile walk or run, refreshments at start, en route and meal at the finish.
The route follows footpaths taking in woods, tracks and fields, with a short stretch alongside the River Calder and canal. Midway indoor checkpoint at Ripponden, other checkpoints outdoors. Route description and gpx will be made available prior to the event.
8.30 am start, 10 hours to complete.
Certificate and badge for all finishers.
Starting and finishing at Heath Rugby Club near Halifax, free car parking on site.
To reduce waste and use of plastic, please bring your own mug for drinks.
Discounted entry is available to LDWA members. LDWA membership costs from just £15 per year Jan-Dec

Dogs are welcome with well-behaved & responsible owners, dogs must be always under full control, please note dogs may not be allowed in the Rugby club. Note also LDWA requirement (in event disclaimer conditions) regarding liability insurance for dogs.
