Balor Multisport Race is a multi-discipline endurance event consisting of running, cycling and kayaking in the surrounding areas of Dunfanaghy, Co. Donegal. 

The event will take competitors on a 225km loop, taking in breathtaking landscapes such as the Poison Glen, Errigal Mountain, Mulroy Bay, Atlantic Drive and Muckish Railway. 

The event consists of six epic stages on a marked course, totaling to 47km of running over varied terrain, 167km of road cycling and 11km of flat-water kayaking, with an expected winning time of 11 hours and a cut-off time of 22 hours. 

Competitors will race solo or in teams of 2-3, embracing the challenge of the course on their own. However, they will have the invaluable support of their crew at two transition areas along the route.

Solo competitors take on all 6 stages

2 person Teams - Each member of the team must complete any 3 stages

3 person Teams - Each member of the team must complete any 2 stages
