Terrain: The terrain is a golf course on level and sloping ground, with fairways, some immature trees and some water features.
Maps: Pre-marked and printed on waterproof paper, scale 1:4.000 with 2m contour interval.
Directions: Parking at Kings Golf Course clubhouse, IV3 8JN. From Torvean Roundabout on A82 take General Booth Road King Brude Road (signed to Kinmylies and Beauly) for 600m. Event will be signed from General Booth Road. Stagecoach Service 2 bus from Westhill and the city centre passes very near the venue.
Start / Finish will be close to the parking.
Toilets: May be available in golf clubhouse (to be confirmed).
Pre-entry Information: Please pre-enter here. Closing date: Sunday 2 February at 23:59. Some limited EOD may be available. Pre-enter to guarantee a map.
SI Cards available for hire for £1. Limited number of SIAC Air for hire for £3.
Safety:
- Courses close at 20:00.
- A whistle and spare torch should be carried.
- You MUST report to Download by 5 minutes after Course Closing Time, even if you have not completed the course.
- Competitors are advised to notify the Organiser of any relevant medical conditions.
