Run Nidderdale is a well-marked and marshalled 6 mile trail race for all abilities through the beautiful Nidderdale countryside. We have a large, cheery team of supportive marshals to guide you round this exciting route and keep you in good spirits. You'll traverse through ancient woodland, across the moor, up to the trig point for breathtaking views of the Nidderdale valley, before winding across the Nidderdale Way, past Two Stoops monument, and down an exhilarating descent into the finish.
We have catering on-site from North Pizza serving up a range of foods, including fresh pizzas, bacon butties, and halloumi wraps! Other refreshments, including cakes and cold drinks will also be available, and a 25% discount on coffee has kindly been donated to all runners by our friends at Wildish cafe.
Two-thirds of proceeds will be donated in equal amounts to each of the club's nominated charities: Yorkshire Air Ambulance and Upper Wharfedale Fell Rescue Association.
All races start and finish on the Nidderdale Showground. Parking and toilets available locally. Registration from 8.30am.

Prizes
- There will be prizes for winners in the open, V40, V50 and V60 categories, as well as for first male and female team (top three runners from an affiliated club for each gender). There will also be spot prizes.
- There is a £50 cash prize for the male and female course record if broken!
- Current male course record: 38:22:05 (Set in 2023).*
- Current female course record: 47:35.3 (Set in 2023).*
*We will be emailing entrants with slightly amended target course record times, to account for the slight change of route.
Terms
- Minimum age 16 for the trail race.
- Unfortunately no dogs allowed in the race, but dogs are welcome in the showground on leads.
