Silver Trail Races 

We hope you’ll join us for the 9th edition of the Nant Yr Silver Trail races in the beautiful Cambrian Mountains. Our races offer a mix of challenging and varied terrain with a choice of both Half Marathon and 10km routes suitable for beginners and experienced trail runners alike, with no cut-off time. 

There are three options for juniors:
Under 7's run 0.5 mile (must be accompanied by an adult), 
Ages 7-11  run 1.5 miles, 
Ages 12-16 run 2.6  miles

PLEASE NOTE THAT TRANSFERS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE WHILST ENTRIES ARE OPEN I.E. UNTIL 9AM ON WEDNESDAY 4TH MARCH, AND RACE DEFERRALS ARE NOT POSSIBLE.

Our event is  "not for profit" and supports local charities. The routes are fully signed and waymarked (with GPX files available for back up), along with amazing race marshals around the courses. Our Half Marathon race has two feed stations, our 10km race has one. We are running these in beautiful but unpredictable mountains so we have a requirement for a basic level of Mandatory Kit to ensure our runners are safe in potentially adverse weather conditions. The event village is  a fun, welcoming, and family friendly place to be with  a lovely local "non-corporate" feel. Hot & cold food is available along with speciality coffee and healthy food options. 

As part of the race registration process you can also choose to purchase one of our quality Silver Trail Hoodies & Tee’s.
