Here we go again! Join us as we combine two of our favourite pastimes.
The Timperley Track will be host to the Altrincham Beer Mile (& the Prosecco Mile!), 4 Beers and 4 Laps of sheer delight on Friday 11th July at 7pm.
The Entry fee is for the event in general just to cover the cost of the food, you are welcome to run the full beer mile or form a team and just do a relay lap or better still both!
For those bringing kids for the Fruit Shoot 400 it's ok just to enter the adults online and then bring a contributon for food for them on the night. If you could drop me a message at dan.martell@hotmail.co.uk with the number of kids you will have with you it would be appreciated to make sure we have enough fruits shoots!
All runners to Bring Your Own Beer, we will provide the food and the memories!
Please arrive from 6:45 / 7:00pm so that we can give everyone their numbers and confirm race orders.
All abilities are welcome and definitely encouraged.
We are expecting to have 4/5 races starting around 7:10pm
Races to include:
Kids Fruit Shoot 400 - 1 lap of the track and 1 fruit shoot
The Beer Mile - 4 beers, 4 laps
The Prosecco Mile - 1 glass per lap poured by your very own sommelier!
The Relay - 4x400m relay, 1 beer, 1 lap each for those wanting a taste of the action
The choice of beer can be to suit your preference, as a minimum these should be a standard 330ml bottle.
Alternatively other alcoholic drinks can be consumed if prefered i.e. Fruit Cider (ideally still 330ml bottles).
Please bring the 4 x beers/drinks with you of at least 330ml.

Thanks to Catering By Duncan Dickinson who will again be providing the highest quality food from the BBQ of any running event out there! (Vegan & Veggie option will be available)
Spectators are very welcome to enjoy the food so come along hungry!
