Welcome to the WCOC Cumbria Galoppen Event in beautiful Rannerdale. Lakeland fell terrain with typical contour and rock detail.

Usual range of Cumbrian Galoppen courses, Yellow to Brown including Very Short Green and Short Green.
Starts 10.30 – 12.30. Courses close at 2.30pm.
The start is 15 mins level walk from the car parking /assembly field. There are two finishes. Yellow, Orange, Light Green, Very Short Green and Short Green have a finish very close to the start. Green, Blue and Brown course finish about 1km from the assembly field.

Parking is on a field on the shores of Crummock Water at NY163187, directly opposite Rannerdale Farm. If approaching from the north (Cockermouth/Lorton direction) the field is on your right. If you are coming from Keswick please bear in mind that Newlands Pass may be closed if the weather is cold and the roads icy.
Parking £2 per car, please have the right money. Cash only.
