Part of the Hamsterley Beast Funduro weekend, taking place in Hamsterley Forest, Hammers Jam is a brand new Time Trial event exclusively for young riders.
Comprised of two timed stages made up of red grade trails, the same as ridden by adults in other local TT events, Hammers Jam has enough about it to be exciting for young riders. Safe enough for those with less experience but packed with enough features and opportunities to get some serious speed to satisfy the more accomplished rider.
Our mission is to create one of the best TT events for youngsters in the country, we don’t think that a kids event should be a half arsed add on to the main event and so… Saturday is now given over completely to the kids! Full event cover, timed stages with podium results, catering and camping.
Riders do not need to have an adult entered in the main Beast Funduro.
Optional practice on morning, event will kick off around midday.
