The Froude Run

The Froude Run offers participants a choice between two courses: a challenging 7.5-mile long route and a 4-mile short route. Both courses feature varied terrain, including roads, open fields, footpaths, and plenty of hills, all set against the backdrop of stunning countryside and Exmoor views.
The race will start and finish at the village green in East Anstey. The course will be fully marshalled, and a drinks station will be available on the long route.
All finishers will receive a medal.
Dogs are welcome.

Please note that there are no shower or changing facilities available.
Participants must be 16 years or older to enter.
