*If you are entering a family and it comes to more than £25 (£30 for non-member) then please contact the organiser after you have paid for the individual Senior, or Junior/Student entries and we will arrange refund of the difference. Parents accompanying children go free. Member includes IOA and IOF. SI timing card hire is free but are charged at replacement cost £30 if lost. |

Parking - Free in forest park
Toilets - Portaloos available
Registration – Not required if using own SI Card - proceed directly to start. Hire cards can be collected from the Organiser at the Registration/Download van.
Starts – Start times are in 15min blocks with up to 20 runners at each start area.
Finish & Download: After finishing proceed to the Downlaod van.
SI Air will be enabled on controls - (except Start & Finish) so SIACs may be used. However, it is up to individuals to ensure that their SIACs are working before the event and that they beep at each control.
If you need to withdraw your entry due to circumstances we will refund your entry fee on request less £3 for unrecoverable costs.
