Bude RATs (Running and Tri) is an amateur running club, based in the beautiful North Cornwall seaside town of Bude and has been in existence since 2008. We support runners at all running levels to achieve their wishes and goals, whether to become healthier or fitter.
Bude RATS is run by volunteers with all coaches, officials, committee members, and helpers giving their time for free.
Our membership year runs 1st April to 31st March (whilst membership is closed in March each year please contact the club as you can usually run with us until the new year's membership opens).
