Pasty with hot or cold drinks at the finish.
Certificate presented to all finishers.
PLEASE BRING A MUG AS NONE ARE PROVIDED.
A full route description will be available about ten days before the event.
Please print a copy as none will be provided on he day.
Although a summer walk entrants should ensure they carry sufficient kit to undertake the challenge in the prevailing conditions.
Waterproof clothing, adequate footwear, hat, sun block, additional food, water bottle, map and compass, basic first aid are suggested.
