A marked fast and flat 10km race, run on pavement and good quality, well compacted trails throughout, with little elevation. The route is twice around the scenic main lakes of Rother Valley Country Park.
It has been designed and costed by a local running club, there is definite opportunity for 10k pbs. However, it is a race where runners of all levels and experience will be welcomed and a perfect environment in which you could complete your first 10k race.
Race begins at 9.30, registration from 8.30 onwards.
There will be ample parking, toilet facilities, and refreshments available at the event.
Individual Prizes for all major age categories. Team prize also (first 3 finishers) for men and women.
Each participant will receive a goody bag (cake included).
