Night Urban Event – Ulverston North is an intricate town centre and surrounding streets. Newly updated by M.Rooke.
This year’s night urban series contains a total of 5 races.
Runners at night must wear some reflective garment & carry a torch (head-torches are preferable). Runners under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times whilst out on a course.
We encourage running in pairs, this is a must for under 16s (with an adult) but adults can also do this, it is good way to start orienteering particularly at night. Just enter either as the junior for the junior/parent pair or one adult as the adult pair. Please add the names of the accompanying adult/pair in the ‘Additional names and ages’ box and also request an extra map, if required.
The Short course will usually be a cut off from the Long course.
