The day course is not flat and has an elevation gain on each yard, saying that, it can easily be completed inside the 1-hour time limit. It is a mixture of canal towpath, farmland trail, woodland trail and tarmac paths. There will be a night yard to avoid crossing the canal in the dark, this is a tarmac canal towpath.
