ACP IS FOR NATIONAL TEAMS ONLY - enter your 5 runners names and you will be invoiced a bill.
Course:
The course is all on tarmac , a 4.75km loop around the lake .
100km is 21 full loops plus 250 meters
50km is 10 full loops plus 2500 meters
