£13.50 (£11.50 for members of Athletics Scotland)
Minimum Age:
All competitors must be at least 16 years of age on the day of the race.
Course:
The course is flat and is on public roads. It starts and finishes at the Ormidale Pavilion in Brodick and follows the main road north along the coast for 5 kilometres, returning the same way. There are markers at each kilometre.
Prizes:
Prizes will be presented in the standard categories subject to there being sufficient entries in each category. Also team (of 3) and local prizes.
Facilities:
Changing facilities, toilets, showers and baggage storage are available at the Ormidale Pavilion. There will be one water station on the course, at 5 kilometres. Catering is widely available at various venues and hostelries in Brodick.
Travel:
Competitors travelling to Arran on the day will need to catch the 0945 ferry from Ardrossan to Brodick (8:40 train from Glasgow Central connects), and can return on the 1350, 1640 or 1920 ferries. Licence granted by Scottish Athletics.
