Start time is 10.00 with registration for number collection from 8.45 until 9.45
The race is a counter for the Callin Wild Manx Fell Running league.
Race Route - The full course visits Bradda Tower and Bradda Hill cairn, dropping to Fleshwick then following the Carnanes track before ascending first Cronk ny Arrey Laa and finally South Barrule. The return is along the same route apart from the additional ascent of Lhiattee Ny Beinnee. While much of the route follows paths and trods, a combination of mud and slate with steep slopes provides some very technical sections. Detailed route description and map can be found here.
Minimum age of entry is 18 years for the long course (but runners must turn 19 by 31st December 2023).
Held under FRA rules, waterproof whole body cover (with hood and taped seams), hat, gloves, map and compass suitable for navigation, whistle and emergency food are required.
