Lakes Spring Middle (UKEOL)

Masterplan Adventure, in collaboration with WAROC, invite you to a middle distance race at Blind Lane in the South Lakes (Southern end of Grizedale), the perfect preparation for the JK middle just 1 month later. The area is classic South Lakes woodland, mostly white forest with plenty of rock and contour detail and a few patches of light green. Previous map here.

This event is part of the UK Elite Orienteering League (UKEOL), as is Sunday.
Start Times: 11:30 - 13:00, allocated start times for Black/Brown and allocated early/middle/late blocks for other courses. Start List on the Masterplan website.

Notes on courses:
Due to lower-than-anticipated entry numbers, Short Blue and Short Green have been absorbed into Blue and Green respectively
This is a middle distance event. Please enter a course that you would expect to complete in under 75 minutes (i.e. about 200% of the Winning Time). Limit of 80 runners per course.
The area is tough and course lengths reflect this.
Very Short Green avoids the roughest terrain, and is suitable for M/W14s. If you would normally run Light Green this course is very similar and nothing to be frightened of!
