FINAL DETAILS NOW ISSUED TO ALL PRE ENTRIES BY EMAIL. PLEASE READ Can be done solo, in a pair, or as a team of 3 or more. Each participant needs to put in an individual entry EXCEPT Under 18s who go for free with a paying adult. Minimum age 14. Juniors aged 14-17 go for free but must run with a parent or guardian over 21. A waterproof map of the course is provided to ALL participants.

Saturday Afternoon Spunch Event in collaboration with Macclesfield Harriers AC - 60/90/120min hilly score course options using a rich network of public rights of way, and navigating with an enlarged and enhanced extract of OS Explorer map. Free roadside parking nearby. Registration, Loos, Start, Finish, and refreshments all at the cosy Robin Hood Inn, Church Lane, Rainow, Macclesfield, SK10 5XE. Just 10mins from Macclesfield and only 30mins from J17-19 M6 and J1-4 M60.

Homemade Soup & Roll (Vegan & GF options), Chocolate Fudge Brownie & Cream, Tea & Coffee, all available at sensible cost in the pub after you have finished (as well as a full range of drinks and food off the standard menu from the bar). A great opportunity to refuel, compare routes and chat with friends & rivals old and new in the warmth of the log fires in this lovely country pub.
Run, jog or walk - suitable for fell runners, trail runners, park runners, adventure runners, orienteers, walkers, and newcomers alike. Great for families and friends to do together. Suitable for all ages 14+ and all abilities - lots of help available for newcomers. No dogs allowed on your run/walk at this one sorry.
Start anytime between 1pm and 2pm. Registration open from 12:30pm.
50ish Spunchpoints to choose from, spread out in countryside immediately accessible from the pub. You will find lots of route choice on a brilliant network of paths, tracks and minor lanes. The area of about 9 sq km offers both modest undulating options and more challenging hillier options over a wider area for those who prefer a longer outing up to 2 hours. 2k to 22k, the choice is yours!
Visit as many checkpoints as you can in the time available, S-punching using the MapRun app on your smartphone, Garmin or Apple Watch.
Will your route take in the Kerridge Ridge and the White Nancy? It would be rude not to!
