Race HQ and Start at Dalemain House, Dalemain, Penrith CA11 0HB. Free parking and toilets.
Light refreshments - hot drinks and food will be available in the Cafe at Dalemain House.
Medical Cover provided
Routes clearly marked and marshalled
10km Trail Run:
A superb scenic 2 lap course around the Dalemain estate
Start time - 11.00am
Age Limits - 15 years and over
Medals for all entrants, and 'commemorative' medals for first 3 males/females and first 3 male/female vets
All medals will be presented as runners finish

3.3km Fun Run:
Course is just 1 lap on ground in front of Dalemain House
Start Time - 1115 am
Age Limits - 14 years & under on the day. All entrants must have a responsible adult on site.
Goody bags for all entrants and 'commemorative' medals for first 3 boys and girls.
Winner's medals, fruit and water will be presented as runners finish.
